Return Strong. Return Safe.

A 30-day wellness program for athletes managing concussion or TBI – combining objective brain function measurement, comprehensive biomarker analysis, and targeted nutritional support.

You're Not Done.

Your Brain Just Needs a Better Game Plan.

After a concussion or traumatic brain injury, the experience of feeling “off” can persist long after initial symptoms fade. Brain fog, slower reaction times, balance issues, emotional shifts—these aren’t just inconveniences. They reflect underlying changes in brain chemistry and function that standard rest-and-wait protocols don’t always address.

The challenge many face isn’t a lack of motivation to recover. It’s the absence of objective data about what’s actually happening in the brain, and what specific support might help.

What Is the Return to Play Program?

The Return to Play Program is a science‑informed, 30‑day experience, 10 days of in‑person intensive work followed by 20 days of guided momentum, for athletes navigating concussion who want clarity beyond rest and guesswork. It provides access to advanced measurement tools, education, structured movement, nutrition‑focused support, and performance metrics to help athletes better understand brain‑ and body‑related patterns and engage more confidently with training and activity decisions.

Rather than relying on symptoms alone, the program emphasizes data‑informed insight, progressive engagement, and skill‑building to support foundational capacity, cognitive engagement, and physical readiness. Athletes use this information to make thoughtful, coordinated return‑to‑training and competition decisions in collaboration with their licensed healthcare providers.

How It Works: Your 30-Day Experience

PHASE 1
Baseline & Stabilization (Days 1-10, On-Site)

You begin with comprehensive assessment to establish your current baseline across multiple dimensions:

  • Brain processing speed and accuracy (NeuroCatch EEG scan)
  • Balance, coordination, and neuromuscular control
  • Cognitive function (memory, attention, processing speed)
  • Biochemical status (detailed blood panel)
  • Physical capacity (strength, gait, cardiovascular function)
  • Optional advanced brain imaging (NeuroMRI)

These aren't subjective evaluations. They're quantifiable metrics that provide a clear starting point and establish measurable reference points for tracking your progress.

During this phase, you also begin targeted nutritional support designed to help stabilize inflammatory responses and support cellular energy production.

PHASE 2
Active Recovery (Days 11-30, Flexible)

With baseline established, the focus shifts to restoration and building capacity. You continue biochemical support while progressively reconditioning your body through supervised training.

The program provides objective feedback through repeated NeuroCatch scans and physical assessments, allowing you to see measurable changes in brain function and physical performance.

This phase can be completed while returning to daily activities, work, or school.

PHASE 3
Follow-Through (Weeks 5-8, Optional)

Extended nutritional support, follow-up assessments, and continued access to educational resources help consolidate gains.

Who This Program Is For

Athletes and active adults who:

  • Want structured wellness support, not just passive waiting

Your support person participates at no cost — A family member or caregiver can share your room, enjoy all meals, and participate in activities included in your program fee.

Most athletes who come into this program have already done the standard “rest and wait” approach. They’ve been told things look fine and they’re technically cleared, but they still don’t quite feel like themselves.

Everything listed above is designed to change that experience. In the first days on-site, the focus shifts from “How do you feel?” to “What does your data show?” You see a fuller picture of brain processing, biochemistry, balance, vision, strength, and nervous system patterns—information you can track over time and share with your healthcare providers.

Day to day, the environment is intentionally simple: a private room, structured sessions, supervised training, and time to decompress in the gym, mineral pools, or theater between blocks of work. Meals and logistics are handled so your energy goes into engaging with the program, not managing details.

Everything is organized around one purpose: giving you structured support and clear information.

Connect with other athletes on similar journeys, access curated educational content, and build confidence through shared learning and experience.

Why it matters: Progress is influenced by more than physical training alone. Education, perspective, and social connection all play an important role. Engage provides ongoing access to information and community support so you can continue learning, reflecting, and staying connected beyond the initial 30-day program.

BioNutrix™ NeuroRestore

NeuroRestore is a targeted nutritional formulation designed to support biochemical pathways involved in cellular energy metabolism and membrane-related processes. It is incorporated into the program as a wellness-focused nutritional option alongside education, measurement tools, and structured activity.

BioMetrix™ NeuroMRI
(Optional Add-On)

NeuroMRI uses advanced 3T MRI technology with specialized imaging sequences to provide detailed information about brain structure and connectivity patterns.

For athletes seeking deeper insight, NeuroMRI offers additional data that may help inform discussions with their licensed healthcare providers about brain structure, adaptation, and considerations related to training and activity planning.

BioMetrix™ BioScan

What it is:

A high-resolution blood analysis that examines a broad panel of biochemical markers, including membrane-related markers, lipid profiles (including plasmalogens), and other biological indicators.

Why it matters:

Provides insight into patterns in biochemical data over time and can be used to support educational discussions and wellness-oriented nutrition decisions.

Brain Performance Scan

What it is: A 6-minute EEG-based scan that measures how fast and accurately your brain processes information — like an ECG for your brain. Regular scans are used to track progress.

Why it matters: Shows if your brain is truly ready, tracking reaction time, focus, and processing speed even when you “feel fine.”
